Valley Train
Great for Families!
All of our train excursions are round-trip, and all depart from our main station at 38 Norcross Circle in North Conway Village.
On the Valley Train, you’ll enjoy an old-fashioned railroading experience as you journey on historic rail routes in vintage passenger cars (most from the 1920s) from our 1874 train station in North Conway Village to Conway or Bartlett and back again.
Seating choices include Coach, First Class in our 1898 Parlor Car, the Gertrude Emma, and dining in our Dining Car Chocorua.
As the name implies, these trains stay in the Valley. While they do cross several rivers and offer some nice, distant mountain views, they do not go into the mountains.
Children under 4 ride FREE in Coach on the Valley Trains, but they do need a ticket. Please order the correct number of tickets for ages 1 – 3. Also, well-behaved dogs are always welcomed at Conway Scenic Railroad!
Please note: All trains depart from our station in North Conway Village.
